CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery applies only in Greece and is set to 3€ irrelevant of the region that the order is to be delivered. Outside of Greece, there is no option for Cash on Delivery.

In case you want to collect your order from the store and pay in cash upon receipt of your products, please select "Collection from store" and then select "Cash on delivery" as the method of payment. In this case, shipping is FREE.


CREDIT CARDS

The credit cards we accept are: MASTERCARD, VISA, MAESTRO, DINER’S and AMERICAN EXPRESS. When you purchase by credit card there is no additional charge other than the total cost of the products and shipping (within Greece the shipping cost is set at 5€ regardless of location)

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

BANK ACCOUNT DEPOSIT

In case you choose to pay for your order by selecting "Bank Transfer", after your order is completed in the system, your order will be "confirmed" but will not proceed to the stage of "Shipping to the Courier". Delivery to the cooperating courier service will take place ONLY after you inform us about the completion of the transaction by phone on +30 2310 944 500 or on +30 2310 951 211, or via email at [email protected]. The final price includes the shipping charge.
