  • Can I cancel an order?
    • As a consumer, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt and invoicing
    • Contact the PAOK Official Store customer service team via [email protected] , or by phone at +30 2310 944 500. Our staff will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions for completing your return.
    • You can also return your products using the relevant form which accompanied the original shipment and was included in the package. However, it is not mandatory if you have followed the above options.
    • In your request it is necessary to indicate the following information:
      • The original order number of the product you are returning
      • The product(s) code(s) of the product(s) you intend to return
      • Your name, email, and contact telephone number
    • We would like to inform you will not be able to complete your refund in the case that you have not included the necessary information about the initial order (i.e. the initial order number, etc.)
    • You can find the order number in the original confirmation email you received from PAOK FC OFFICIAL STORE after your purchase. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam folder or the "Offers" tab in your email.
    • To return the product(s), please carefully wrap them and send them - within 14 days - to the following address:

     A NOTE ABOUT PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

  • Since customized products are made to order for you personally, they can only be returned if they show any signs of manufacturing defects or damage.

 

  • What is the timeframe allowed to return product(s)?
  • Once you receive your order, you have 14 working days to contact customer service (via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 2310944500) to notify us of your decision and return one or more items according to instructions to be given to you by our staff.
  • Upon receipt of your package and after checking the products, we will proceed with the relevant refund within 15 working days following the same method as the one you completed your initial transaction (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer in case of cash on delivery).

 

  • When can a product not be returned?

The product(s) you return (except those that are damaged) will be made available again to the public. Thus, the product(s) that you return should be in their original condition, exactly as you received them.

Specifically:

- do not soil or damage clothes when trying them on.

- do not remove their labels.

- do not destroy original boxes, bags, or wrappers.

- do not write on original boxes or wrappers.

- do not wash clothes that you intend to return. They must be returned in exactly the same state as you received them.

- return all accessories included in their original packaging.

Please note that if the above instructions are not followed, we will not be able to provide you with a refund and the item will be returned to you at your own risk.

Products must be returned without delay and within 14 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned late or that are not in the same condition as they were purchased.

We would like to remind you that it is not possible to return customized/personalized products that have been made for you during your original order.



  • What should I do if I lose the return form which came in the original parcel of my order?

Please download the relevant sample return form and fill in all the necessary information that you received in the original confirmation email that was sent to you from the PAOK FC OFFICIAL STORE immediately after your order.

  • Who bears the cost of the returned items?

The customer bears the cost of returning the products upon cancellation and return of an order(s).

You have the option to choose a different courier company from the one used by the PAOK FC Official Store. However, for faster and more secure service, we recommend that you choose a company that will provide you with a tracking number of the shipment (Tracking Number)

To return a defective product, it is important to contact our store BEFORE sending the relevant package to us. In this case, the transport costs can be covered by us and in this case, we will use our partner courier company (Courier). If you choose a different courier company, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.

 

MONEY RETURNS

  • When will I receive the refund?

Once we receive your package and check the returned product(s), we will refund you within 10 working days using the same payment method as the one you used to place the original order:

  • Initial purchase by credit card: the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card provider.
  • Purchase via PayPal: the refund will be paid into your PayPal account and will be immediately visible.
  • Cash on delivery purchase: the refund will be paid to the bank account you stated when returning the product(s). The time it takes for your money to appear in your account depends on whether you provided us with all the required information/data.

Refunds by other means (payment by prepaid cards, postal orders, or bank checks) are not possible.

You can check the status of your refund by checking your credit card account, PayPal account, or bank account.

If you have any questions or concerns about your refund, we recommend that you wait at least 20 days before contacting our store customer service.
